We are a Highway Design Company with extensive experience and multiple clients throughout the UK.
Transient Designs are highly motivated, have vast technical knowledge (coupled with design flair) and have excellent commercial & environmental awareness.
Keith Marsh is the Director & Lead Designer, and Lead Assessor (Auditor) providing essential “Walking, Cycling & Horse Rider Assessments” services to various clients including National Highways & their approved supply chain of international companies.

The lead designer, Keith Marsh also has experience as a technical author, writing guidance literature covering issues like cycle route planning design & national best practice.
Keith has worked on major town centre regenerations. Overseeing the removal of the World’s most famous “Office” roundabout ,the 2012 London Olympics M4/A4 corridors & co-led projects that won Municipal Journal’s “ Sustainable Infrastructure of The Year award.
